This is a very challenging and exciting position for anyone who would like to learn and work in various fields such as:

  • Requirement Analysis

  • Product backlog management

Joining as an accelerator/Scrum Product Owner, you will have the chance to play multiple roles:

  • Scrum Product Owner

  • IT Communicator

In addition, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with different departments so that you can improve your main skills and figure out your potential abilities as well.

About the roles for this position

  • Manage the Product Backlog properly to ensure that the development team members have a clear understanding of their product development initiatives and their delivery.

  • Support communication between the Japan and Vietnam teams.

  • Facilitate meetings.

  • Translate all kinds of work-related documents (Japanese/English).

  • Interpret whenever required.


Must Have

  • Experience with Scrum development methodologies.
  • Language proficiency: Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher); English (TOEIC score of 850 or higher, or IELTS score of 6.5 or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT communicator.
  • High level of proficiency in time management, stakeholder management, and critical thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Possession of either a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
