Requirements:

  • Implement, and manage cloud-based systems and architectures (Azure is preferable, followed by AWS and Google Cloud.).
  • Monitor cloud services and environments using advanced tools such as Datadog and Rollbar to ensure availability, performance, and security.
  • Implement automation tools for efficient cloud operations, including resource provisioning, scaling, and management. Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT Team to implement and maintain security measures. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
  • Optimize cloud spending and ensure efficient resource utilization. Document cloud architectures, procedures, and processes.

Responsibilities:
Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or a similar position.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud services and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of major cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience leading the design and construction of an infra-architecture to meet business requirements
  • Sufficient experience with IaC using Terraform.
  • Understanding of network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP).
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to have:

  • Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and cloud security models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
