JOB DESCRIPTION

Must:

  • Responsible for translation, interpretation, and communication
  • Analyze business requirements and tell developers
  • Lead the collaboration by communicating with customer support and sales members in Japan

Prefer:

  • Description from a business perspective, possibly a User Story

  • Define requirements in Product Backlog and owns it

  • Evaluating product progress at each iteration

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Good understanding of software development process: Scrum, Kanban

  • Japanese skill (N2 or above)

  • Experience with IT communicator

  • Have experience working in software development life cycle

  • Good communication skills and awareness of teamwork
