QA Leader / QA Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Leader / QA Manager to join Money Forward Vietnam, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products that serve millions of users. You will be responsible for leading QA teams, enhancing processes, driving automation, and ensuring product quality through well-defined strategies and metrics.
As a QA Leader / Manager, you will perform both people management and technical leadership, while actively contributing to the continuous growth and development of the QA/QC department.
Responsibilities
Define test plans and test strategies aligned with business goals and project needs
Lead and manage QA engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
Design, review, and approve test cases, test results, and defect reports
Drive and implement automation strategies using appropriate tools and frameworks
Define and track quality metrics to monitor test progress, coverage, and product quality
Continuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices across teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to timely delivery with high quality
Initiate new ideas and lead initiatives that foster innovation and elevate QA capability
Ensure alignment with department goals and contribute to long-term QA/QC strategy
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in software testing (web/mobile), with 3+ years in a QA leadership role
Strong understanding of QA processes, test techniques, and quality standards
Hands-on experience in test automation (any language or framework)
Familiar with issue and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, etc.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for quality
Experience in performance or security testing is a plus
ISTQB or other relevant certification is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
