The HR&Admin Manager leads all people-related functions including total rewards, compensation & benefits, and office administration. This role creates and manages programs to attract and keep talented employees while ensuring smooth office operations. Working closely with leadership, this position makes sure HR practices support business goals while following all rules and policies.

 

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Total Rewards:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy including health insurance and leave policies while exploring innovative benefits  to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with market trends and company goals
  • Manage the annual performance and salary review process, including budget planning and analysis
  • Collaborate with Business Operations (BO) Section Managers and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide solutions
  • Lead the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Develop, manage, and continuously enhance company’s compensation and benefits structures to ensure alignment with market trends and employee expectations.
  • Oversee salary benchmarking, market surveys, and job evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll, taxation, and statutory benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. HR Operations

  • Set objectives for the HR&AD team and track progress
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Review and approve or modify budgets
  • Design and implement company policies
  • Monitor key HR metrics
  • Act as a consultant to stakeholders regarding policies and procedures
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)

4. Administrative Management

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage & run full cycle related Expats paperwork/ procedures to meet expected schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Qualifications

Must have: 

  • Bachelor‘s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Background in a start up company within the Information Technology field is a big plus.
  • 10+ years experience in total rewards & administration which is 4+ years experience with people management and stakeholder management
  • Excellent data management, systematic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of local and labor laws related to compensation and benefits
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Nice to have:

  • Have experience working with rewards service providers (Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson)
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
