[Hanoi] Senior Organization Development Executive (OD)
The Senior OD is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement. This role supports business growth by designing and implementing operations in areas such as culture building, and organizational change — while ensuring alignment with company values, policies, and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Event Support:
- Assist in organizing internal events such as monthly engagement company birthdays anniversary, holiday celebrations, CSR activities, team buildings, company trips, and internal workshops.
- Handle event logistics including vendor coordination, venue setup, materials preparation, and on-site support.
- Track event budgets, collect feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
2. Internal Communication:
- Create and publish internal communications on channels such as email, internal newsletters, bulletin boards, Workplace, etc.
- Draft simple content (announcements, greetings, highlights) and collaborate with designers for visual assets.
- Regularly update employees with key internal updates, celebrate employee milestones, and promote company values and culture.
3. L&D, Culture & Engagement Activities:
- Support to facilitate L&D programs / activities to members: support conducting training workshops, provide documents & materials related to L&D, execute operations…
- Support execution of internal campaigns such as engagement surveys, onboarding initiatives, and culture workshops.
- Contribute creative ideas to foster a vibrant and engaging workplace environment tailored to the company’s employee profile.
4. Administrative & Office Management:
- Execute and coordinate administrative processes to ensure efficient office operations.
- Monitor office supply inventory and arrange the timely procurement of materials, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities, collaborating with contractors to ensure operational continuity.
- Handle office operations, including renovations and event planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Track the flow of fixed assets to ensure proper asset management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations across all operational functions.
- Facilitate communication between departments to support seamless business operations.
This position also undertakes other duties as assigned by the line manager or required by the organization to support business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- From 5+ years of experience at a similar role such as Internal Communication, Culture Development
- Event planning and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, people-oriented, and team-player mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience in a startup environment, especially within the Information Technology/ Software Development sector.
