Joining as an accelerator/Scrum Product Owner, you will have the chance to play multiple roles:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage the Product Backlog; describe requirements from a business perspective (e.g., User Story) and ensure the development team clearly understands scope and delivery.
- Contribute to Sprint planning, implementation, and retrospective.
- Structure and manage business requirement documents for easy reference and usage.
- Support and lead communication between Japan and Vietnam teams
- Facilitate meetings
- Translate work-related documents (Japanese/English) and provide interpretation when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
- Experience with Scrum development methodologies, with good understanding of software development process: Scrum, Kanban
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT communicator or Business Analyst
- Language proficiency: Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher); English (TOEIC score of 850 or higher, or IELTS score of 6.5 or higher).
- High level of proficiency in time management, stakeholder management, and critical thinking.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Scrum Product Owner
- Possession of either a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
- Language proficiency: Japanese (JLPT N1) is a plus
