株式会社マネーフォワード初の海外法人として2019年1月に設立されました。

マネーフォワードグループ最大の開発拠点として30以上のプロダクト開発・運用を行ってます。拠点はホーチミン/ハノイの2箇所、組織規模は250名を超えており、今後も拡大を予定しています。

募集背景

マネーフォワードは日本で2012年に法人設立をして以降成長を続け、現在ではバックオフィスSaaSおよびFintechの多くのプロダクトをサービス提供しています。この先のサービス拡張のためにもプロダクトマネジメント力のさらなる強化が求められています。

ベトナム法人は2019年1月の設立以降プロダクト開発からスタートし、2022年からはプロダクト運用も対応するようになりました。そしてこのたびグループのサービス拡張へ向け、プロダクトマネジメントにも領域を広げていこうとしています。

現在プロダクトマネジメントを担当してくれるメンバー（ITコミュニケーターやProduct Ownerという役割を担ってくれているメンバー）はすでにベトナム拠点全体で20名ほど在籍しており、その役割をさらに強化するためにプロダクトマネジメントのチームを部へ昇格しました。

プロダクトマネジメント部の責任者としてベトナム現地に駐在し、Money Forward Vietnamでの取り組みを牽引しつつ、日本法人との連携強化も目指していただける方を募集しています。

業務内容 / JD

プロダクトマネジメント力強化のために必要となるアクションに対してオーナーシップを持って取り組んでいただきます。

新しく取り組むことも多いため、ゼロから施策を検討し、実行・結果レビュー・改善施策の検討実現をアジャイル的に行っていただきます。またステークホルダーマネジメントも同時に行いながら、取り組みを一歩ずつ前に進めていただきます。

あったら望ましいスキル・ご経験 / Requirements

• ソフトウェア業界でのプロダクトマネジメント（PdM）のご経験
• マルチタスク力およびプロジェクトマネジメントなどのご経験（多岐にわたるステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験）
• スタートアップやベンチャー企業でのご経験（ゼロイチ立ち上げまたは類似したご経験）
• 10名以上の部下をマネジメントしたご経験
• 英語力（読み書き会話ともにビジネスレベル以上）
• 日本語力（ネイティブレベル）

Company Overview: Money Forward Inc., established in Japan in 2012, is a rapidly growing company providing a range of back-office SaaS and Fintech products. As part of our continued expansion, we are enhancing our product management capabilities. Since its inception in January 2019, our Vietnamese subsidiary has focused on product development, and gradually expanded on product operations. In 2024, our scope will be expanded to include product management to further extend our services. Our Vietnam office, with about 20 dedicated product management members (including IT communicators and product owners), has recently promoted the product management “department” from “section”. We are now seeking a highly skilled individual to lead this department and strengthen our collaboration with the Japanese headquarters in the product management field.

Job Description:

Role Overview: 

• As the Director of Product Management, you will be pivotal in advancing our product management capabilities and driving our strategic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, creating and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the team towards achieving excellence in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Level:
  • Drive the globalization of product management within the Money Forward Group.
  • Develop, plan, and implement strategies for global product management initiatives.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of these strategies, and make necessary adjustments.
• Vietnam Level:
  • Lead and manage the Product Management Department in Vietnam.
  • Supervise and mentor IT communicators and Product Owners.
  • Oversee people management and development within the office.
  • Foster collaboration with product managers at the Japanese headquarters to create superior products.
  • Design and execute training programs for Product Managers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in product management within the software industry.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills, with experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in a start-up or venture environment, ideally with zero start-up or similar experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 10 or more subordinates.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking at a business level or higher).
