Job Overview

As an Organization Development (OD) Manager at Money Forward Vietnam (MFV), you will be the strategic driver of our organizational health and the custodian of our unique culture. You will bridge the gap between Money Forward Japan's core values and the local Vietnamese tech talent market.

Your mission is threefold: Optimize our Organizational Structure, elevate our Employer Branding (EB)Internal Communications, and design high-impact Corporate Events that foster engagement, innovation, and a strong sense of belonging for our tech members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Design & Structure 

  • Partner with the Leadership team to consult on department design, and role clarity.
  • Design and implement talent development programs and retention strategies to maximize organizational capability.
  • Corporate with Leadership team in Change Management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational scaling or shifts in business strategy.

2. Employer & Employee Branding (EB) 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer & Employee Branding strategy to position MFV as a Top-of-mind Tech Employer in Vietnam.
  • Oversee internal communication channels (Slack, Notion) to ensure transparent, engaging, and timely communication from the management to all employees.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create impactful Recruitment Marketing campaigns targeted at the tech & AI communities (Developers, QA, Product Managers).

3. Culture Integration & Corporate Events 

  • Fast-track the understanding of Money Forward Group’s culture and localize it effectively into MFV’s daily operations and employee experience.
  • Mastermind and execute corporate events (All Hands, Year-End Parties, Company Trips, Teambuilding, and Tech Sharing Tech-talks) from concept to execution.
  • Measure and improve employee engagement levels through regular surveys (eNPS, pulse surveys), translating insights into actionable OD projects.

4. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design, implement, and manage customized L&D programs and development frameworks that align with MFV’s strategic business goals.
  • Build and continuously update the company's Competency Matrix and Career Development Pathways to foster continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to promote a strong culture of continuous learning and tech-sharing initiatives.

 

Job Requirements 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in OD, HR, L&D, employer branding, internal communications, or a closely related field, including 2+ years leading a team with a proven track record of achievements.
  • Breadth: Demonstrated ability to operate across several of our four pillars — culture, events, employer branding, and L&D — rather than a single specialty.

Skills & Knowledge

  • People leadership: A track record of building and motivating teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Tech-context fluency: Comfort working with and for an engineering-heavy organization; you understand what motivates technical talent.
  • Agility and cultural sensitivity: Ability to absorb, adapt, and propagate company culture quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Mindset: Data-informed, people-centric, and energized by building in a fast-growing organization.

Nice to have 

  • Experience in the IT/Software Product industry (Understanding tech terminologies and the mindset of tech talents is a huge advantage).
  • Experience working in Japanese enterprises or understanding Japanese working culture.
