Product Manager
Purpose and Objective

We are expanding our technology resources to strengthen the business for Money Forward, a global leading Fintech X SaaS Company established in Japan
-
In this multinational environment, we are seeking product managers who will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. This will be achieved by collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Engineers, Designers, and Regional product managers
About This Role
-
Identify opportunities for the globalization of products, and create and execute their strategies
-
Develop mid to long-term product vision and roadmap for products over which you have ownership
-
Execute Product Management operations, such as new product development and functional enhancements
-
Establish development directions to align with engineers and designers
Minimum Qualification
-
Either 6+ years of experience working on technology-powered Finance products as a product manager, or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English skills - The candidate will be involved in complex communication ranging from product strategies, design, and development to product launch

Possession of either a CSPO or PSPO certification (PSPO II or III)

Basic understanding of software development cycles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographical teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Experience working in global environments and acceptance of diversity and inclusion culture
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with small to medium sized (startup) clients to support their back office systems, such as finance, accounting, billing or procurement systems
