Hello everyone, it's me, Emma, CEO of Money Forward Vietnam.
Today, we are trying a new format for this episode.
I sometimes ask our audience what part of our daily work or the company they enjoy the most. My team gathered a collection of members' voices for today's episode, and we have the clips ready. I couldn't wait to listen to them, and I hope you enjoy, too.
Rain Tran (Engineering Lead)

That quick moment of laughter completely broke my mental block and helped me find the solution! It just proves that our weekend energy naturally flows right into our daily digital workspace. Let's join more internal auctions and weekend badminton games together!
Emma's Reaction: That's true; fun is one of our important cultures, but this isn't just about activities. It is about creating an environment where people feel connected and energized together. When people feel that way, creativity and collaboration can naturally happen more and more. I believe this is what our fun culture is all about.
Maylee (2nd - Associate Product Manager):

Whether you're an engineer, a QA, or an accelerator. We are all empowered to define our own product's direction. This is vital for my growth because I learn faster in an environment where everyone challenges the "why" rather than just following orders. I felt this clearly when I saw my team evolve to actively suggest UX improvements in refinement meetings. They can take the lead on investigating user inquiries without any direction from me, and I really appreciate that MFV truly gives us the space to own our work. Let's spread the ownership spirit and move forward together!
Emma's Reaction: This is exactly what our culture looks like in real life, and I am very impressed that she and her teams embody this ownership mindset in their daily work. Having ownership is very important; it doesn't belong to just one person or a dedicated role. Instead, everyone should have this idea so that we can deliver a good product to our users. She also mentioned starting with "why," which is crucial because just following instructions isn't enough to keep improving or deliver a truly convenient product. User demands and market situations keep changing a lot, and technological advancement is running very fast every day. That's why it is always better to question the status quo, understand the "why," and consider the best possible solution.
Henry Cao (QA Manager):

Emma's Reaction: I like your story and experience as well. One thing we try to do as leaders is not to control everything, but to trust, support, and accompany our members when they try to take on challenges. Challenges and obstacles are always there when you try to grow. As a manager, supporting their growth is not about control. I am really happy to hear about this. What matters is that people feel trusted and supported when they take on challenges. When our members feel this way, they can face challenges without fear, which naturally leads to step-by-step growth. I believe this journey is what happens at MFV.
StealRay (Principal QA Engineer)

Emma's Reaction: This is also one of the fun parts of our culture. What I liked from his sharing is how people from different teams come together to create something fun and make great memories. The memory itself might be just one small shot, but accumulated together, it becomes the reason why you stay at MFV, making people feel connected and united. This kind of connection makes collaboration much smoother and brings a bigger impact to the company and to our users. This is what I like the most, and I really want to make this happen in the company. Thank you very much, your rap always entertains us!
Conclusion (Emma):
Thank you very much for all the shares. It makes me feel very fulfilled, and I appreciate everyone sharing their diverse perspectives. These perspectives create our culture, so all of them are very important. We have a diversified culture, not only in nationalities but also in job roles in many ways.
So, once again, thank you very much to the members for sharing your thoughts in this video. The stories you shared remind me that MFV is not just a workplace; this is a place for the community to synergize, connect, support each other, and then grow together. This is what I really want to make happen even more at MFV. Thank you for watching this video. Let's make it together!
