Every six weeks, we witness the incredible growth of our members through our upgraded internal recognition programs. This HYAH, we proudly celebrated 25 Forwardians who achieved promotions or significant role changes. Their journeys are the heart of how we "Grow from within, grow forward."

Unlike our frequent gatherings at the HCMC office, this 10th HYAH marked a significant milestone: it was proudly hosted in our Hanoi office! This was "the first time LIVE in HN," giving our Hanoi members the unique opportunity to attend and listen to valued guest speakers in person, directly and clearly.

MFV was also incredibly proud to welcome two talented Forwardians who bravely stepped into pivotal roles: our new MCs! Let's give a huge round of applause to Chein and Stellar for their tremendous courage and professionalism.
Chein shared: "This is the first time I was handling the MC role for such a big event; it was overwhelmingly intriguing! I'm still feeling my pulse right now."
Stellar added: "This isn't the first time I took the MC role, however, this is the first time I hosted 100% in English like this. So I feel really honored to be standing here. Thank you to all of you crew members, I think we have made a successful event, together."
