Money Forward Group's Half-Year All Hands Jun 2025

Half-Year All-Hands (Japanese name: 半期総会) is one of the key events of the Money Forward Group (MFG) each year. On this day, all group companies review their achievements from the past period and propose plans for the next 6 months. The Group's HYAH is also a time to honor individuals (MVPs) and projects (Project Awards) that have made outstanding contributions to the organization's overall development.

On June 20, 2025, more than 2000 members from various countries across 16 companies of the fintech Money Forward Group gathered to reflect on the past 6 months. Money Forward Vietnam (MFV) also participated.

Slogan for 6/2025 for the next 6 months:ベタやり: All In, All The Way

Let's go "All in, All the Way!" and deliver value that exceeds our users' expectations!

At each meeting, the Group will propose a slogan to unify the spirit of all employees. The meaning of the slogan for the next 6 months will be as shown in the image.

The significance of proposing a Slogan has been mentioned by CEO Tsuji previously. Please read it.

In recent years, MFV Forwardians have still participated online, with some members attending at the Japan headquarters. HYAH is a space for us to listen to insights from the Group's leaders about their long-term vision and to gain a deeper understanding of Money Forward's mission and goals. What is special about each HYAH is that the CxO team all share in English, as a role model for overcoming challenges and steadfastly bringing the Group global.

And to mark their growth through outstanding contributions, MFV's MVP and Project Award titles were awarded to Ethan, Senior Software Engineer (MVP).
