Half-year All Hands 07/2026 Recap

Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi, Vietnam – Jul 8, 2026 – Time to look back our first tough 6 months! Money Forward Vietnam (MFV) gathered all our Forwardians in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi for our awesome Half-year All-hands (HYAH) event. Held in a super flexible Hybrid format, this was our big moment to look back at the second half of 2026 (1H2025) and get totally pumped for the 2H2026 business cycle.

Retrospect 1H2026: Challenging but Worth it

HYAH is a cornerstone of our MFV! It’s where everyone gets a super transparent view of the company’s vision and strategy. It's a fantastic time for the whole team to interact, hear new goals directly from leadership, and receive clear direction on professional development.

Living up to our "Evolutions" culture, the HYAH hosts are always Forwardians! This time around, our awesome MCs who kept the energy up and the show running smoothly were Neil, an Engineering Lead from the Invoice Card Pay team, and Elise, a Senior Accelerator from the ERP Development. They rocked the stage!

MFV’s Awesome Run: What We Achieved in 1H2026

The 1st half of 2026 was not tender for Forwardians, however we still seized a big win by being recognized as Vietnam Best IT Company:

• Organizational Development: On March, we proudly received an award of Vietnam Best IT Company 2026, accredited by ITviec. This is the recognition of a prestigious authorizer that recognizes MFV and our employees’ voices. 

• Additionally, we invested in our talent by transforming 4 more Accelerators to Product manager, increase the PdM crew of MFV into 7. We also welcomed 4 new Department Managers, and 3 new Section Managers.

• Learning & Development (L&D): 

  • AI Transformation Program: AI is a core strategy, and we did ingrain the AI training in 6 months with 22 joiners.

  • We proudly announce the two AI HERO: Vin and Andrew Le 

  • The AI Ideathon (Mar 2026) and MFV AI Hackathon (August 2025) saw high engagement, with 16 days / 61 participants 3 winning teams delivering practical solutions.

• Proud Product Releases: We shipped an incredible volume of high-quality code. From December 2025 to May 2026, our teams delivered 337 production releases, including 26 major releases, which is a huge credit to everyone’s hard work!
