CEO message - Forwardians co-surpass this pandemic, co-create the future
Dear Forwardians,
At this moment, the situation of Covid-19 is surging up further and our business is not peripheral from its impact, neither is our daily life and routine. Compiling with municipal and provincial regulations, MFV Forwardians now are working remotely, all in-person events and physical meetings remain virtually.
At MFV, the wellbeing of Forwariadians is paramount as an equal opportunity employer, and this is the robust motivation behind everything we are implementing in response to the pandemic. We know that people’s mental health and wellbeing is being refrained on grounds of many necessary inconveniences, high anxiety and an increased risk of isolation given social distancing practices.
We would like to express our gratitude for what you have done already to adapt this crisis and to get our organization equipped to cope with this situation.
It is in times of crisis that heroes are born. We surf on new challenges and polish our values and culture much sharper, and emanate our skills forwards these unprecedented obstacles. Until now, we are so proud to have talented Forwardians as our companions, who are still staying with MFV and seamlessly running this organization safe and sound.
Forwardians, please be strong, be bold, be courageous and sober under any circumstances, especially to unauthentic news or information. We think that is a valuable vaccine for our mental health. Thank you for your dedicated contribution. Let’s make it together – across all parts of the business - to move forward. Let’s make this one of our finest hours.
Stay safe, Forwardians.
Thank you
Takayuki Tsuzuki (Zuck), CEO
