JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as a main communication and coordination point for respective department employees for manpower plan & strategy, hiring policies, processes, and issues to enhance communication & support to fulfill company‘s people management & capability 
- Scope: Nationwide
 
Core Job Responsibilities
- Consider and set a strategic plan and target on the talent acquisition activity of the company
- Work closely to the heads of departments to fulfill in vacant positions
- Lead & cooperate with TA team to fulfill talent acquisition requirements
- Deliver, supervise and ensure high quality of recruitment
- Provide inputs on workforce planning and budget headcount; consult & support internal recruitment (promotion, rotation, etc) to promote career from within
- Deliver regular reports (headcount, hiring, budget) in a timely manner
- Proactively cooperate & participate in departmental talent management & succession planning, including identify talents, tracking development activities implementation & progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability
- Analyze attrition reasons regularly, share findings with department managers & HR colleagues, propose corrective actions & follow up
- Involved in other HR projects or related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have
- University graduate in related fields (Human Resource, Business Administration…)
- At least 5 years and more of experience in HRBP / Talent Acquisition role with strong background in HRBP, Talent Acquisition with good knowledge of Human Resources or Talent Management field.
- Good understanding about the IT market and IT candidates
- Management experience from 2 years
- Good at communication & customer-oriented

Nice-To-Have
- Japanese language N2 equivalent level (can communicate well with Japanese)
- Experience for headhunting service
