- Analyse training needs, recommend and implement solutions.
- Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/ or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.
- Plan & execute internal training courses (Soft skills / Workshop...).
- Coordinate and support all learning programs / tech seminars / other internal training program
- Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
- Create & inspire learning environment in the company
- Support and maintain the employee engagement / culture programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
- Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives / survey / related program
- Support employer branding activities and other related tasks

- Proven experience as an Senior Organizational Development (OD) Executive or similar positions as HR / L&D / People Engagement (4 ~ 5 years of experience)
- Fluently communicate by English, confident to presenting in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with managers, employees and external parties
-  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism;
-  Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement;
- Proven experience with delivering impactful employee experiences through effective communications and internally facing events or engagements;
- Experience in design and developing training modules

- Salary review: Twice a year
