JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Organizational Development (OD) Executive is mainly in charge of planning and executing the employee engagement activities, focusing on branding and internal commnunications. The Senior OD Executive shall possess the ability to be the organizational storyteller that inspires internal and external customers with user focus purpose.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Culture

Execute Orientation programmes for new comers

Conceptualize, plan and execute employee engagement plans and to execute engagement initiatives (events, fun activities) around key themes/events

Lead and Analyze results from the engagement surveys to create focused action plans to positively impact employee experience
Employer Branding

Further develop positive employer brand image via technical articles of the development team through SNS

Create and run comprehensive program such as Tech talk that enables employees as primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents

Develop and enhance the branch image to the entities and broaden it widely to external customers

Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics
-
Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities
Internal Communications
-
Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the organization that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices

Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, Slack and other platforms, all hands meetings, team meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages

Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with organization priorities and slogans

Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications plans to reach and engage employees
Others

Collaborate with team members and other teams on implementation of other initiatives and projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources could be a plus
-
Proficiency and confident in presenting in English
-
Knowledges in HR: HR general, training is a plus

Years and type of experience:

At least 3 years of experience in IT filed as an Senior OD Executive or similar positions in HR such as Employer Branding/ L&D / People Engagement

Proven experience with delivering impactful employee experiences through effective communications and internally facing events or engagements is a plus
-
Experience in design and developing training modules is a plus

Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget

Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups

Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
