JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect, summarize and manage accounting documents
• Use software to record transactions and perform reconciliation periodically
• Prepare the head office’s individual financial statements under formats required from the parent company
• Prepare bank payments for the head office’s activities
• Report to line manager regarding accounting matters
• Other tasks given by the line manager

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• From 3-4 year' experience of accounting, of which at least 2 years working as a general accountant
• Good understanding of Vietnam’s accounting standards and tax regulations, especially corporate income tax regarding software production.
• Solid skills with accounting softwares as well as microsoft offices 
• Sense of timeline and urgency
• English communication at intermediate level
• Teamwork ability both with the accounting team and others

Nice-To-Have

• Chief accountant certificate
• Working experiences in IT/ Software field
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP or similar products
• Knowledge of international accounting standards
